Shirodhara

Service Description

The shirodhara treatment consists of a brief upper body massage followed by a warm stream of oil that poured over the third eye area of the forehead. The shirodhara is perfect for anyone feeling mental and emotional exhaustion, insomnia, anxiety, general overall stress and PTSD. Incredibly relaxing and renewing. Sesame or coconut oil will be used, depending on the time of year.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel you particiation in the course, here are the guidelines: Please contact the instructor ASAP. Full Refunds can be given minus a service to cover the credit card processing fee (5%) up to one month before class starts. 50% refund at two weeks prior to class, 0% refund after two weeks until class. Another option: Ask to be placed in another class at a different time.
